At this time, we are pleased to accept your payment via PayPal. Tortoise and Finch Productions, LLC is not responsible for and has no control over any of Paypal’s policies or the policies of any third-party websites.
All prices and figures on our website are listed in US dollars.
Downloads are solely for personal, noncommercial use. Copies of downloads can only be stored on computers or devices owned by the person or entity who purchased the download.
Additional licenses of downloads can be purchased via www.tortoiseansdfinch.com.
Returns and Refunds
*Please note that our Sales and Refund Policy only governs purchases made directly through Tortoise and Finch Productions, LLC via one of our websites, including www.tortoiseandfinch.com and www.youlookalotlikeme.com. Some of our products are manufactured and shipped directly from third party suppliers. To return an item purchased from one of our third party suppliers, please refer to their individual sales and return policies.
How To Return An Item Purchased Directly Through Us
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item with your original receipt within 60 days of your purchase. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
1. Please email us to request a refund.
- If you made your purchase through www.tortoiseandfinch.com, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you made your purchase through www.youlookalotlikeme.com, please contact email@example.com.
We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually within four (4) business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays excepted). At that time you will be sent a form to fill out and mail back to us.
2. Please include in your package the completed and signed form, along with your original receipt.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We are unable to accept returns on opened products, unless there is a manufacturer defect or the product was damaged upon arrival.
We are unable to accept returns on music or e-book downloads or public performance licenses/packages.
All returned items are subject to a 10% administrative fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on your order. Also, for international orders, we do not refund any taxes, customs, or related fees.
All orders are shipped within seven (7) business days following receipt of payment (Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays excepted). All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Processing time of your order can vary from 3 to 14 days depending on product availability, or in some cases up to 4-6 weeks.
Please note that UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. We cannot be responsible for delays from the USPS or other carriers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If ordering internationally, please note that any taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Tortoise and Finch Productions, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Sales and Return Policy. It is your responsibility to check this Sales and Return Policy periodically for changes. Tortoise and Finch Productions, LLC may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new media, tools, and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
This policy is effective from October 1, 2013.
